Return Policy
14-day returns
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Unopened items (tile set still sealed in its original packaging): full refund.
- Opened items (packaging or shrink-wrap opened, not defective): accepted within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All pieces, dice, pouches and inserts must be returned complete and in resellable condition.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with tracking.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.
UK and EU customers
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. For UK and EU orders the 15% restocking fee does not apply; we may only deduct for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to inspect it.
